James De Los Santos bagged his 27th, 28th, and 29th international golds on Tuesday, ruling the Individual Male Seniors Division of E-Karate Games 2020 third edition, second Euro Grand Prix E-Tournament 2020, and the Rome International ENDAS Karate Cup.
De Los Santos — the world no.1 e-Kata player in his division — beat Silvio Cerone-Biagioni of South Africa in the final, 25.5 – 23.6, to capture his 27th gold in the E-Karate Games 2020 third edition.
The 30-year-old then topped Alfredo Bustamante of the United States, 25.1 – 24 in the final of the Rome International ENDAS Karate Cup where he got his 28th gold.
Lastly, De Los Santos defeated Matias Moreno Domont of Switzerland, 25.3 – 23.6, in the final of the second Euro Grand Prix E-Tournament 2020 to win his 29th gold.
Meanwhile, De Los Santos’ student Fatima A-Isha Lim Hamsain won a silver medal in the e-kata Individual Female U18 division of the second Euro Grand Prix E-Tournament 2020 also on Tuesday.
De Los Santos continues to lead the world rankings of his division with 13,745 points, as Eduardo Garcia of Portugal runs second with 8,890.
Moreno Domont is at third with 6,990 points.
