The tech world has been quite excited to hear about Apple’s new Arm-based MacBooks and just recently they have made the announcements official.
Apple has announced the new MacBook Air, MacBook Pro, and the Mac Mini. All of them sport the Arm-based M1 processor, which gives them more power and better battery efficiency. Apple actually boasts that the M1 is the fastest CPU core.
The MacBook Pro has always been about power. It has a 13-inch display with Apple claims it is over 2.8 times faster than previous models. It also has an active cooling fan, a Touch Bar, and two Thunderbolt 4 ports.
Apple also claims that that the MacBook Pro lasts 20 hours on battery.
RAM comes in with 8 and 16GB, and storage sits at 256GB, 512GB, 1TB, and 2TB.
