A technical working group (TWG) composed of representatives from DILG, Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR), Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA), and Department of Science and Technology (DOST) will deliberate the shortlisted barangays for final validation.
The memorandum for the contest will be disseminated to all barangays through the Manila Barangay Bureau.
On Oct. 8 last year, Domagoso signed an executive order mandating all 896 barangays and frontline City Hall offices to conduct a weekly clean-up drive in the nation’s capital and their respective areas.
