They say that Filipinos are among the most resilient people in the world. No matter what kind of disaster comes along, we always find ways to smile and share happiness with everyone. Victims of the Taal Volcano eruption are the living proof of the Filipino’s resilience. Displaced with possible eruption threats, locals from Batangas still found reasons to laugh.

With the donated clothes they received from relief operations, evacuees had fun staging different scenarios from gay beauty pageants, imitating bodyguards “The Rogelios,” to impersonating The Killer Bride.
