The Villar group’s malls and retail businesses will continue to strengthen and broaden their personal shopper services to help customers navigate the new normal amid the COVID-19 pandemic.
Vista Land & Lifescapes’ Vista Mall and its anchor stores from sister company and local retail giant, AllValue Holdings has launched the service during the imposition of enhanced community quarantine which had limited consumers’ ability to buy goods.
Thus, adopting new and innovative ways to enable customers to still purchase essentials and other needs for their homes has become a priority for Vista Mall and its business partners so they can continue serving the needs of its communities while making sure that the mall remains a safe and clean space for everyone.
The group’s retail brands offering personal shopping services inside Vista Mall include AllDay Supermarket, AllHome home improvement stores, AllSports, AllToys, and Finds Discount Stores.
These personal shopper services can be availed through Viber, a free messaging application that enables users to send messages and photos to one another when connected to the internet.
Under the system, customers send their shopping list using an order form from the stores and then their personal shopper harvests the items and confirm availability of products and alternatives with them.
Customers can settle their bill via cash on delivery, credit or debit card on delivery, or bank transfer and just wait for their groceries to be delivered or pick up them up themselves the next day.
