A number of churches cancelled the celebration of Holy Masses on Thursday due to Typhoon “Ulysses.”

These churches are the Santo Domingo Church in Quezon City, the Sto. Nino Parish in Manila, the Metropolitan Cathedral of San Fernando in Pampanga, and the Cathedral-Shrine Parish of St. Joseph in Bataan.

“Mass for this morning is cancelled. All Masses will be resume tomorrow, November 13,” the Sto. Nino Parish in Pandacan said. 

The other churches had made announcements cancelling their masses at 6 and 7 a.m. of Thursday.

The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical

Services Administration (PAGASA) placed Metro Manila, Pampanga, Bataan among the areas under Signal No. 3 Wednesday.

As of 4 a.m. of November 12, the center of the eye of the typhoon was located in the vicinity of San Antonio, Nueva Ecija.
