A fire broke out in a residential area in Tondo, Manila on Saturday afternoon.
The blaze reached second alarm and razed houses along Lakandula and corner Tagumpay streets in Barangay 39.
The fire started at 1:30 p.m and was declared fire out at 2:35 p.m.
Reports said firefighters had difficulty penetrating the narrow streets and extinguishing the fire after exhausting their water tank they also used earlier to put out a fire in Quezon City.
Meanwhile, residents used buckets of water to help put out the fire.
