Established in Glendale, California by the Cherng family in 1983, Panda Express is known for its signature dishes like the Honey Walnut Shrimp and Orange Chicken. Last year, Jollibee Food Corporation (JFC) announced that the company will be bringing in brand to the Philippines through an equal joint venture with the Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. Finally, the fast food chain popular for serving American-Chinese cuisine is really on its way to Manila.
Information regarding the launch was kept hidden for a year now, but by the looks of it, the first store is opening in Pasay City’s Bay Area, specifically in DoubleDragon Plaza at DD Meridian Park. There are no further details when the branch will open, but it’s coming for sure.
Are you ready for this good fortune?
