Whenever someone mentions classic Pinoy food, one of the dishes that comes to mind is pancit. Always served during gatherings, pancit has become quite a crowd favorite, so much so that celebrations just don’t feel complete without it. Many even believe this dish will bless eaters with longevity and good health.
Adding to its hearty offerings of classic Filipino dishes, homegrown establishment Max’s Restaurant is now offering Crispy Pancit Canton. At ₱199, this heap of crispy, golden fried noodles is topped with flavorful chicken balls, squid rings, and fresh vegetables, then drizzled with a generous amount of sauce.
Each serving costs ₱199
It pairs perfectly with the restaurant’s all-time-favorite Sarap-To-The-Bones Fried Chicken. This combination is available as the House Classics Birthday Bundle (₱999) consisting of one whole fried chicken, one plate of Crispy Pancit Canton, a large serving of plain rice, and four glasses of iced tea. Pay only ₱1,399 for an additional dish of pork or bangus sinigang, and four servings of vanilla ice cream or buko pandan.
“For Filipinos, birthdays are not just a celebration of life but also about spending time and making more memories with the people dearest to us,” says the restaurant’s marketing director Mark De Joya. “As we celebrate 75 years of exciting diners with memories over eating Sarap-To-The-Bones Fried Chicken, we continuously look for opportunities to elevate their dining experiences with our unique take on classic Filipino favorites, like Max’s newest Crispy Pancit Canton.”
The Crispy Pancit Canton is available for dine-in, takeout, and delivery orders in all Max’s Restaurant branches nationwide.
