They say that love conquers all. And it’s definitely true for the couples who braved the threat of Taal’s eruption on Sunday, Jan. 12, pushing through with their wedding ceremonies againt darkening skies and increasing ashfall.

In photos taken by Randolf Evan, couple Chino and Kat Palomar said their I dos at Savannah Farm in Alfonso, Cavite as the said volcano was spewing ashes.

Then there were Iza Tobias and Jezreel Autor who tied the knot in Tagaytay. Photos from their wedding ceremony were shared on social media by Peewee Torres.

Lastly, Evan Gonzales and Kristine Peren‘s nuptials took place at Malarayat Golf and Country Club in Lipa, Batangas.

Earlier today, Taal volcano started to erupt, causing ashfall that has all the way to Clark. The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (PHILVOCS) has raised the alert level to level 4.
