Patuloy ang pagsasagawa ng rescue and response operations at pamamahagi ng mga food and other assistance sa Cagayan at iba pang lugar,’’ he said.

(On the other hand, my office is making the rounds, giving immediate assistance. After having given aid in Catanduanes, they are now in Albay to respond to the needs in the area. They will soon be going to other parts of Albay, Southern Luzon, National Capital Region (NCR), and Northern Luzon)

Hindi namin kayo pababayaan,’’ he added.

(My only request to our countrymen, we have to continue to helping each other and cooperate with the government. Your government is here that always care for you and ready to help. We will ensure that no Filipino will be left behind. We will not forsake you)
